Son of Javad Zarif, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, who whitewashed state violence to global leaders for years.
Javad Zarif was sanctioned by the U.S. in 2019 for acting as the regime’s propagandist.
Mahdi Zarif last resided in a $16M home in Manhattan purchased with Iranian blood money.
EISSA HASHEMI
Son of Masoumeh Ebtekar, the radical spokeswoman for the Islamist militants who stormed the US Embassy in Tehran in 1979 and held 52 Americans hostage for 444 days.
His parents torched US-Iran relations, making it extremely difficult for Iranians to live or study in America.
He works as an adjunct assistant professor at The Chicago School in Los Angeles, his alma mater.
